Philippines. But, her designs are anything but typical custom made
pieces. I would describe them as red carpet elegance dresses that will

the moment I first laid eyes on this beauty, I was hooked. The fluffy
ruffles, the crystal detail in the back, the illusion neckline... pure
heaven.
