Cocktail Popsicles for Weddings

Hope everyone had a fantastic, super sunny weekend! I wanted to kick off the week with a little note about this super cool, out-of-the-box idea for summer weddings, cocktail popsicles. I’m dying over this fun twist to the famous signature cocktail. Perfect to toast a warm, summer wedding day, these cocktail popsicles are cool, pretty and yummy. Choose the ones that match your wedding colors or one that represents your and your grooms favorite drinks or personalities.
Best part of this post, if you feel like give them a try this afternoon click on the links and they would take you straight to the recipes.
I want to know what you think. Would you give them a shot at your wedding?
Perfect for a tropical themed wedding , this fruti Mango Maui Mai Tai Popsicles and Strawberry Peach Vodka Collins Popsicles are colorful and they look pretty inside and outside of the shoot-glass.

The regular popsicle shape is also a beautiful alternative. Take for example these Cherry Apple Whiskey Sour Poptails and these Honeydew Cucumber Margarita Popsicles.
I'm digging the presentation of these Strawberry Margarita Popsicles (on your right). It looks so fresh and elegant.  Now, if you're into creamy cocktails, you'll love these Bourbon Peaches and Cream Popsicles featuring my favorite fruit.
If you one to incorporate a touch of Japan into your reception the Lychee Saketini Poptail (left) is for you. On the other hand, you may want to add a bit of the famous trend OMBRE to your wedding day, then these Blackberry Prosecco Popsicles are the thing for you.
Even more out-of-the-box are the following two options. The beers on a stick pops are a very fun, yet classy, way to incorporate the no-so-classy beer into your wedding celebration. On your right, fancy up frozen fruit pops with a splash of Prosecco for a fun and colorful display.
