Wedding lovers rejoice! Our fix for Victorian vintage, meets country chic, with a hint of bohemian wedding has been officially satisfied. Photographer, Alea Lovely Fine Art Photographer, takes us through what seems like a storybook fairytale that could only end with the bride and groom riding off into the sunset on their lavish horse. It is very difficult to take only one aspect of this shoot and categorize it as the focal point, so we will gladly take in all aspects and call it our very own love affair. Let us begin with the wardrobe, very cool, airy, and vintage with an edge of sophistication. The contrast of the groom’s pale blue dress shirt paired with soft blue vest was complementary to the bride’s Ivy and Aster wedding gown which featured delicate lace details and razor cut layers, a very sought out wedding trend this season. We have several obsessions with this particular shoot, the adorable picket fence/altar and the amazing floral arrangements by designer, Victorian Gardens which have an entirely new take on country feel, with hay accents, of course!
Let there be cakes! The cake was anything but traditional, being set up as three different cakes, opposed to one large cake, featuring an ombre blue color palette and cascading pale pink flowers. The decor complimented the modern twist to country, vintage chic by accenting, antique looking tables with purple linens and mismatched chairs, courtesy of the ingenious, Hickory Dickory Store.
Although this style features a slight hint of country sophistication, it is fit for any bride with the right imagination, attitude, and style!
