After two seasons of bold and totally unexpected bridal collections, Vera Wang surprised us again by showing... white wedding gowns last week at New York Bridal Fashion Week! After her Black and Nude Fall 2012 collection, and her Crimson and Dahlia (reds) Spring 2013 collection, Ms. Wang shocked the wedding world with classic ivory dresses -- in lace, no less!. Yep, only Vera can surprise us with the least surprising color of all!
Two words come to mind when I look at Vera Wang's Fall 2013 Bridal Collection: romance and femininity. Masterfully crafted with the organza, tulle and Chantilly lace, the airy gowns in her latest collection are some of my all-time favorite Vera creations. Her newest mermaid and ball gowns are accented with pretty floral appliques, lace and crystals, and her signature wave flange skirt gets an update with layers of multi-textured lace... dreamy!

ReplyDeleteLove so many of these. She never disappoints. But I cannot seem to locate the 4th dress down... It's not in the group of pics on Vera's site for Fall '13 yet it's the 2nd dress in the runway video. Am I blind? Can I get a style # for this one?
