Fall Wedding Inspiration

It finally looks like fall outside. My porch was full of leaves this morning. 

There's no better way to start a perfect fall week than with a perfect fall wedding inspiration. 

These cozy images full of pine cones, autumn colors and apple pie were styled by Jessica Solane of Love Bird Style and captured by Souder Photography.

Autumn Cocktails

Caramel Appletini
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Sour Apple Pucker
1/2 oz ButterShots
3 oz Apple Cider
Shake up incredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with slice of green apple or caramel candy piece.

Apple Pie Martini 

1 oz Vanilla Vodka

2 oz apple cider

1/2 tsp lime juice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of apple.

Thanksgiving Ideas Marathon- Part 2

Keeping up with our Thanksgiving Marathon Ideas, I present to you this super cute DIY favors/gifts.

They are very easy to make and they look so good! All the tags can be printed from your own computer (click on the links and download for free) and you can get the rest of the supplies from the grocery store. Instructions and list of supplies at the bottom!

For the packaging is:

1. small kraft boxes or cellophane bags

2. pretty orange ribbon (add more color with apple green)

3. one of following printables: drink/food flags (skinny designs used as “closures” on the bigger boxes), favor tags (used on the cellphane bags & small boxes), or paper patterns (used for the layered circle design on one of the small boxes).

For the edible filler: Make a quick sweet party mix that coordinates with the colors on the printables. Use what you have at home or made it from store-bought elements: Sweet & Salty Chex Mix, white-chocolate pretzels, and Reese’s Pieces.

Gricel + Justin by Wedding Xpressions

Today we are very excited to share this perfect Vegas wedding. Not only is it a knot down and gorgeous wedding photographed by Wedding Xpressions, but it happens to be the wedding of one of our favorite cake designers, Gricel from Cupcakes After Dark.

I’m obsessed with the classy details and the contemporary features of the venue, Planet Hollywood; they were just perfectly balanced in a romantic approach. And as they say, now, it’s time for the rest of the story!

Ella Blu: 5 Year Anniversary

I’m not only super excited to invite you to this event, but also a bit nostalgic. It’s Ella Blu’s 5 year anniversary party. 
Five years ago Ella Blu  opened their doors for the first time, and around the same time, here at Belle the Magazine we launched our very first issue. Ella Blu and Belle have put our hearts and souls into making our business something you love for the last five years. Well, and I believe we’ve accomplished it. Congratulations Ella Blu! 
So, please join us tomorrow to celebrate Ella Blu’s 5 year anniversary. The event would be full of fashion, food, cocktails and music by the best DJ in our area, DJ Amer. I hope to see everyone there!

Modern Winter Affair

If you follow me on Facebook, you probably already know that purple and silver are the colors that I chose for our next issue of Belle. I got inspired by one of our fabulous tablescapes (by Kern Place Florist) at The Wedding Show  The Ultimate in Bridal Tablescape Design Competition.

As always, I wanted to incorporate the season and the theme of the month to our colors and concept. So, I created this beautiful inspiration board to explain our contributors what creative route they need to follow.
